Title: Quantitative non-vanishing of Dirichlet L-values modulo p
Abstract: Let p be an odd prime and N a positive integer prime to p. We discuss quantitative
results on the number of Dirichlet characters modulo N with the corresponding central L-value
being indivisible by p (in progress with Hae-Sang Sun).
